NCRF Program Details:

  • Coverage Available:
    • Primary commercial auto liability on a guaranteed cost basis
    • Hired & non-owned auto coverage available
    • CA9948 (broadened pollution endorsement) included for motor carriers
    • UIIE-1 (CA2317) and WOS (CA0444) forms available at no charge
    • FMCSA, Form E, Ohio OS-32 & FS-1 filings
  • Paper: Admitted, A.M. best-rated A- (Excellent)
  • States Covered: North Carolina (proof of NC residency or eligible risk status required)
  • Appetite: Trucking, private haulers, towing, commercial contractors, and public auto
  • Limits: up to $1M (except – public auto up to $1.5M)
  • Vehicle Type: All commercial vehicles (tractor-trailers, dump trucks, box trucks, sprinter vans, etc.)
  • Fleet Size: No minimum or maximum (fleet or non-fleet – policy structure is scheduled vehicles)
  • Radius: Any (local to long-haul; intrastate or interstate)
  • Commodities: Most commodities accepted, including public auto risks up to $1.5M limit
  • New Ventures are accepted
  • Loss Experience: Risks may be considered regardless of loss experience
  • Driver Quality: Risks may be considered regardless of age, MVR activity or CDL experience
  • Out of Appetite: Last-mile/courier delivery, drive-away, bulk fuel
